Swincar uses four independent suspensions and electric motors in each wheel, combined with a body that’s suspended from a high point, enabling for a pendulum effect that swings the car from side to side. With each of the spider’s “legs” moving independently, almost any track can be traversed and mechanical tilting results in optimal balance and perfect traction when tackling fast-changing terrain.
The Swincar can be adapted for use on snow, by fitting a set of skis, and the road with road tires. There are a whole host of applications for this brilliant creation, and hopefully investment will arrive soon to make this thing a reality.
