Rather than unveiling the next generation Suzuki Swift at the 2017 Bangkok International Motor Show, Suzuki decided to showcase the new Suzuki Swift RX-II edition, extending the life of the current model.

The Suzuki Swift RX-II gets features such as projector headlamps with black plastic cluster, LED DRLs, Swift Sai 16 inch alloy wheels finished in gun metal, shark fin antenna, LED taillamps and an RX-II badge on the tailgate. It can be finished in one of three colour options: Ablaze Red Pearl, Snow White Pearl or Super Black Pearl.

Inside, the Suzuki Swift RX-II has an all black interior with fabric upholstery and silver elements. It comes equipped with an audio system, automatic climate control, leather-wrapped steering wheel, and a start/stop button as standard.

The Swift RX-II is powered by a 1.25-liter K-series petrol engine that produces 91 hp and 118 Nm of torque. It is paired to a seven-step CVT (automatic transmission) with steering mounted paddle shifters, which sends power to the front wheels.
