It is thermal imaging footage of Australian Matt Power and his custom Holden pickup doing a huge burnout. Things get even more insane when the tires overheat and burst, sending hot metal wires flying all over the place. The truck itself is powered by a V8 with twin superchargers strapped to it, which is impressive.
