Why Honda’s Creepy New Commercial Is Wrong About Car Design
Automakers are a lot like proud parents that think their kid is the only one who knows how to do things right.

Car companies need to do this for the sake of advertising, but Honda’s newest advert for the Civic takes things a step further by assuming that the rest of the automotive world is made of boxy and uninspired cars. While Honda’s newest batch of cars certainly turn heads, the notion that we live in a time of uninspired design isn’t exactly true, just look at the Aston Martin DB11 for reference.

Honda makes good cars, so next time it should have emphasized that instead of the fact that its Civic Coupe is good-looking.
