Accident: Mother and Son Demanded Rs 2 Million from SICOM

In their complaint drafted by the attorney Mr Vedakur Rampoortab, José Michel Jeannot and his mother Brigitte Deschamps tell the story of the accident, according to them, caused them huge losses. This took place on 5 December 2012, at Mer-Rouge.

Thus, they are claiming damages of Rs 2,164,700 to SICOM. This includes the cost of repairing their motorcycle, processing fees at the Apollo Bramwell hospital, doctor's fees and medicines and moral damages.
