Ring Road: 14 People Dissatisfied with the Compensation
The Ministry of Housing and Lands is facing a real Chinese puzzle. While phase one of the straws Ring Road was completed in 95% and work for Phase 2 will begin soon, say 14 people dissatisfied with the compensation offered to them.
Since 2010, the government carried out a Compulsory Acquisition for not less than 307 square kilometers of land in this region. But he stumbles on some people who always want more money after the sale of their properties.
The state has spent Rs 200 million to date for the acquisition of land for straws. Twenty-five people are divided expropriated satisfied with the compensation received. As against, 14 others believe that their land is worth much more. Add to this, 10 other owners have not responded to the government's proposal.
