2017 KTM 390 Duke:
The 2017 KTM 390 Duke features styling that is similar to its elder brother, the 1290 Super Duke. The motorcycle comes with LED lighting system, multifunction TFT colour display, and a menu switch on the instrument cluster. The motorcycle draws power from a 373.2 cc single cylinder engine with liquid cooling and fuel injection. The powerplant makes 43.5 PS of power and it works in tandem with a 6-speed gearbox with slipper clutch.
Coming to the suspension bits, the bike employs 43 mm WP upside down front forks, and a WP rear monoshock. A 320 mm front and a 230 mm rear disc handle the braking responsibilities. The brakes feature ABS as well.
2017 KTM RC 390:
The design of the 2017 KTM RC 390 gets subtle changes in comparison with the previous iteration of the bike. The 2017 version gets new graphics, and a side-slung exhaust as well. The instrumentation is the same digital unit that does duty on the previous generation bike.
The RC 390 employs the same 390 Duke mill. However, the riding position is much more aggressive than the naked bike, thanks to the clip-on handlebar and rear-set footpegs. The bike comes with a 10-litre fuel tank and weighs 147 kg (kerb weight). The suspension and the brakes have been carried over from the naked bike as well.
