The Aston Martin Jean Suzanne was purchased in 2007 by Infinity Holdings Ltd., a principal shareholder of Infinity BPO. Roger Boodhna, the liquidator of the former call center Ebony, confirmed the transaction on Thursday, having procured some official documentation with Barclays Leasing Company.

This car, a V8 Vantage blue black of 4300 cc, is used personally by Jean Suzanne. However, payments were made by Infinity Holdings Ltd., a deduction of Rs 162,000 per month.

The first transfer of 19 April 2007 and since transactions have continued until January 19, 2011. Thus, the combined sum of Rs 4.9 million was paid to Barclays Leasing Company Ltd last four years.

In 2009, Jean Suzanne nevertheless benefited from the stimulus package the Ministry of Finance to try to save his company was experiencing financial difficulties. Despite state support, he could rectify the situation.

During this same period, payments to Barclays Leasing Company Ltd were to continue unabated.

But under sections 313 and 321 of the Insolvency Act, and his advisor Roger Boodhna Thierry Koenig initiated legal steps to try to recover that money.

It is based on the section of "avoidable transaction" in this law that the liquidator has served a notice to three companies, namely Barclays Leasing Ltd., Data Communications Ltd and Mauritius Telecom.
