The model uses a 41 mm standard telescopic fork by Gabriel, a conventional twin shock setup on the swingarm, a disc brake by Endurance at the front, a conventional drum brake at the rear, a 110 section TVS tyre on a 17-inch rim and a 140 section TVS tyre on a similar 7-spoke alloy wheel at the rear but measuring 15 inches in diameter.
The Renegade Sport S is powered by a 279 cc water-cooled single-cylinder fuel-injected engine mated to a 6-speed gearbox. It produces 26.6 PS at 8,600 rpm and 22.76 Nm at 6,300 rpm.
Overdrive reports that the Renegade Sport S will be one of two UM models that will be introduced at the upcoming Auto Expo, and that pre-bookings for them will commence at the show.
