The Baleno showcased features a bodykit similar that of the Maruti Baleno RS unveiled at the Auto Expo 2016. It features a mesh grille, sportier front bumper with a wider radiator intake and silver underlining, side skirts, gun-metal 16 inch alloy wheels, roof spoiler and a lower rear bumper. A 5-speed manual gearbox is likely to be standard, while an automatic variant is also in the offing.
Top-end variants of the Baleno will feature a 7 inch Smartplay infotainment touchscreen system with Apple Carplay support, reverse camera with parking sensors, dual airbags and ABS, HID headlamps with LED DRLs, multi-info color display and keyless entry with start/stop button.
