Japan's Car Culture Can Be Pretty Extreme, But the Trikes of Tokyo Are Just Insane
They also probably cause seizures. It seems odd for a whole subculture to essentially be based around LEDs, but the various vehicular subcultures of Tokyo seem to be downright obsessed with them.
One might even come to believe that they only buy vehicles at all in order to have something to mount LEDs on. You're probably familiar with this practice when it comes to just about any kind of car in Japan, and very possibly with motorcycles, but this video shows us that trikes have their own crazy sect.
It's amazing how lax Japanese laws seem to be with regard to this kind of thing, but that does mean we get some entertaining videos.
