The driver of a fifty years is accused of hitting a motorcyclist, February 12, 2010, at the junction of streets Stewardship and La Chaussée, while he was driving his truck. At his trial, the accused pleaded not guilty.
In his statement, the defendant said he went to the floor and the street, the street Stewardship arrived, it stopped on the white line. The magistrate Renuka Dabee noted that the victim died on impact of the accident. "According to police, the accused has committed traffic offenses and this shows that a driver is not careful," said the judge.
