Mansory Unveils Mercedes S63 AMG with 1,000 HP and Lashings of Carbon Fiber
Why shouldn't there be a 1,000-hp S-Class? Mansory isn’t a tuning company that does upgrade packages by halves, and its latest creation based on the Mercedes-Benz S63 AMG is no different.

The blacked-out Benz features a carbon-fiber body kit consisting of a front spoiler, side skirts, rear bumper, integrated diffuser, new hood, mirror caps, and rear spoilers. The tuner also fitted LED DRLs, a stainless-steel exhaust and 22-inch alloys.

While the styling might be considered relatively modest by Mansory’s outlandish standards, the performance kit is anything but. Via the M1000 package, the potent sedan’s 5.5-liter twin-turbo V8 is boosted to 1,000 hp and 1,032 lb-ft of torque, resulting in a 0-62 mph time of 3.2 seconds and 186-mph top speed. A less neck-snapping kit will boost output to 800 hp and 885 lb-ft of torque. The interior is also restyled with a new steering wheel, aluminum pedals, illuminated sill plates and optional leather upholstery and carbon-fiber trim.
