New Subaru WRX Has Rally Blood Flowing Through Its Veins
It might not be the best-looking sedan on the market, but it’s certainly one of the best to drive.

Subaru has participated in the World Rally Championship since 1980, so it knows a thing or two about creating rally cars. Just ask sexy model Dayanis Garcia if you’re in any doubt to how wild the carmaker’s rally cars are. Less impressive, in the looks department at least, is the new Subaru WRX. But that’s not something drivers are going to be too concerned with when behind the wheel of the car, especially after seeing what it can do in the Japanese carmaker’s new promotional video.

With a retuned suspension offering twenty percent less body roll, a quicker 14.5:1 steering ratio, better brakes and a 268-hp 2.0-liter turbo-four boxer engine mated to a six-speed manual and Subaru’s Symmetrical AWD system, the new WRX might just be one of the most exciting sedans to drive on the market.
