In May 2011 the BLC Ltd has informed the liquidator of the company Infinity BPO Ltd, Roger Boodhna, it had taken possession of the Aston Martin of the former owner of Infinity BPO Ltd on which it retained a link.
BLC's correspondence indicates that the Aston Martin had been given in leasing Infinity Holdings Ltd and Jean Suzanne will deliver more of its obligations to the credit institution. Its bank accounts frozen, Jean Suzanne said it could no longer afford to reimburse the BLC Ltd on loan to pay the Aston Martin.
The former owner of Infinity had to repay Rs 162 000 all months for the car purchased Rs 12 million in March 2007. This amount includes Rs 8.4 million in taxes. Now, the fireball is the property of BLC by executing the link on the vehicle of the creditor, the entire loan had not been repaid. Between 2007 and January 2011, about Rs 7 million were paid to the BLC. The company creditor may dispose at will, either by auctioning or sealed by accepting an offer of any future buyer.
At the 30 of March Infinity BPO Ltd was put into liquidation. Roger Boodhna, the administrator, has been working to liquidate the debts of the company and to recover its debts.
