We should also note that this implied simplicity of a white ride with black wheels and body trim details is also best exemplified with a 2.5-inch lifted N400 Toyota Tacoma posing for the TRD Sport calendar somewhere in Hawaii…

Indeed, Waipahu, Hawaii-based MJ Motorsports has created this cool build with just a few custom accessories and parts. This ride also looks spectacular, and it seems they're beginning to take shape as veritable experts on how to propose new Tacoma pickup trucks and 4Runner off-road SUVs in various colors. That's because we've already seen custom rides in blue, bronze, red, or white.

They're not repeating themselves, though – the white and black Toyota they showcased in April was an N500 Toyota 4Runner and the sixth-generation off-road SUV featured black hybrid forged alloy wheels from Vossen along with a 1.5-inch Ready Lift front lift kit, an original TRD front skid plate, plus the Vossen HF6-4 Hybrid Forged 17 by 9s shod in 295/70/R17 Mickey Thompson Baja Boss A/T tires.

Now it's time for a related N400 Toyota Tacoma mid-size pickup truck to show us the classic yin versus yang white and black combination. As far as we can tell, the model is a TRD Sport fitted with a 2.5-inch Eibach Stage 2R lift kit and 17 by 8.5-inch Method Race Wheels MR703 with a +35 offset and shod in 285/70/R17 Mickey Thompson Baja Boss AT tires. So, what do you think? Does the color combination and the subtle custom enhancements make the Tacoma TRD Sport cooler than OEM?

By the way, just in case you don't like the color combo, the aftermarket provider of Toyota 4Runner and Tacoma overland parts and accessories also showcased a different white Toyota Tacoma – you can easily recognize it thanks to the aerodynamic roof rack above and the Rays Forged Volk TE37 alloy wheels dressed in a fancy blue hue and shod in what also look like 37s.

The Toyota Tacoma is America's favorite mid-size pickup truck for good reasons – and during the first three months of the year, the nameplate rose prominently across the sales charts with almost 60k sales in the United States. That's a tremendous jump of 177% from the 21,558 units delivered in the first quarter of 2024. The explanation is simple – redesigned from the ground up for the 2024 model year, folks were just waiting to get their hands on the all-new N400 variant as Toyota prepared to ramp up production in Mexico.

If you want a 2025 Toyota Tacoma, the base model kicks off at $31,590, but one of these Double Cab TRD Sport examples comes with a different MSRP - $39,400 with the standard five-foot bed or $39,900 with the six-foot bed. White, which is called Ice Cap in Toyota's online configurator, is free of charge, but you'll have to add $3,200 if you want 4-wheel drive instead of RWD.

Also, the TRD Sport i-Force Max with the 326-hp hybrid powertrain is more expensive, kicking off at $46,320. Otherwise, you have to settle with the 2.4-liter turbo without electrification and 270 hp if you choose the six-speed manual or 278 hp if you take the standard eight-speed automatic transmission.
