Three Corvette Stingrays Filmed on Public Roads
A driver got lucky when he came across a trio of Corvette Stingrays driven by GM engineers out in Arizona, and could barely contain his child-like excitement.

Up until now, we've only seen the all-new 2014 Corvette Stingray on the showroom floor at the Detroit Motor Show and the Barrett-Jackson auction. Not that that was a bad thing, but sometimes our perception of a car changes once we see it on the open road. And in the case of the new Vette, we happen to think it looks even better in broad daylight, especially in blue. These photos and video footage come courtesy of a particularly excited driver in Arizona who just happened to be at the right place at the right time.

He caught a trio of new Corvettes going out for a little spin, each being driven by a GM engineer. After following them to a parking lot, he approached the gentlemen and asked some questions. It was soon revealed that the black Corvette has the Z51 performance package with a seven-speed manual.
