Fast Audi models have a great reputation for winning drag races. A lot of performance cars use RWD, so it's difficult to get the quickest launch every time.
Audi's Quattro AWD system doesn't get more perfect than in cars like the RS6 and R8, and even in more affordable options like the S1 and RS3. However, how can these modern Audi models stack up against the legendary RS2? Audi's first ever RS model was co-developed with Porsche and came with a 2.2-liter inline-five cylinder engine with 311 hp. 0-60 mph took just 4.8 secs back in the mid 1990s.
