World's Coolest Lamborghini Urus Performante Rocks a Classy Spec
Aren't we all sick and tired of the multitude of Lamborghini Uruses that constantly parade all kinds of aftermarket goodies on the World Wide Web? We sure are, but this isn't your run-of-the-mill exotic high-rider born at the Sant'Agata Bolognese factory in Italy. No, sir (or ma'am), as it is a bit more special.

Some of my colleagues say that beauty is in the eyes of the beholder. And it sure is, especially regarding topics that require us to be more subjective, like the pictured Lamborghini Urus Performante, which has a gorgeous specification (for such a vehicle).

At first glance, it may appear to be black. But the exterior hue is actually green and suits this model like a glove. The same goes for the naked carbon fiber accents visible on the wheel arches, at the front and rear, and on other parts.

Should you ask HRE about the icing on the cake, it will say it is the new wheelset. The classic-looking alloys have five wide spokes and a silver look. They also feature the wheelmaker's logo on the floating center caps and they're called the L105M.

Mind you, the new alloys are not exactly a bargain, as they start at $3,700 each. They're available in diameters ranging from 21 to 24 inches and can be ordered in one of the 76 hues available. The new wheels are not exclusive, but coming across another vehicle that features them can be tricky, as HRE only shared images of a Range Rover and a Rolls-Royce Cullinan fitted with the L105M set.

It's unknown whether this Lamborghini Urus Performante rocks other mods besides the tasteful ones mentioned above, but if there is something it does not need, it is a power boost. This model is the sportiest version of the series and uses the same 4.0L V8 engine with twin-turbocharging. It produces a devilish 666 metric horsepower, translating to 657 brake horsepower and 490 kilowatts.

The thrust stands at 627 pound-foot (850 Nm), and the Urus Performante takes a mere 3.3 seconds to reach 62 miles an hour (100 kph) from zero. Thus, it is quicker than some blue-blooded icons from the past, like the Ferrari Enzo. Its top speed is 190 mph (306 kph), 4 mph (6 kph) below the Urus SE (PHEV, which is one-tenth slower to sixty-two despite rocking 789 hp (800 ps/588 kW) and 701 lb-ft (950 Nm) of torque combined due to the added weight of the electric trickery.

Now, this Lamborghini Urus Performante is probably not the prettiest nor the coolest, but this specification grants it a special place in our hearts, no matter how much some of us may hate this model. But the question is, do you like it as much as we do?
