BMW is giving the 6 Series a midlife refresh. The M6 is next.
Following the sighting of the refreshed 6 Series convertible, we now have spy shots of the M6 facelift as BMW continues preparing Life Cycle Impulses for the 6er lineup. The prototype sports camo on the bumpers and lights, which will both be revised, while changes are expected in the cabin where BMW’s touchpad interface will be adopted. Under the hood, the 4.4-liter twin-turbo V8 will remain, although expect the current M6’s 560-hp output to be slightly improved upon. Sending all that power to the rear wheels will be a six-speed manual or seven-speed dual clutch.
