The design seems to be identical to the current model.

Following spy shots of the facelifted Honda Jazz's exterior, an Auto Esporte reader has managed to snap the interior of the test mule in Brazil. Being a facelift, the design looks identical to the current model.

What could be new are the materials used for interior trim and the touchscreen infotainment display expected to offer Apple CarPlay and Android Auto compatibility, like in the Civic. There is a new arrangement of buttons of on the left side of the touchscreen display, and the model being tested has a newer GPS-guided sat nav. Unlike the Brazilian-spec WR-V, the Jazz offers a touch-based single zone automatic climate control.

The exterior gets more significant changes, such as a new Solid Wing face grille with a bolder chrome bar like the new City, LED headlamps withd DRLs in top-end grades, sportier front bumper with new intake designs , and a restyled rear bumper. Expect new 15 inch alloy rim designs as well in the new Jazz.

In Brazil, the Honda Jazz is powered by a 1.5-liter Flex-fuel engine which puts out 116 hp and 153 Nm of torque, paired to manual and CVT gearboxes. For other markets, there are options such as a 1.2-litre i-VTEC petrol unit delivering 66 kW (88.47 hp) and 110 Nm of torque, 1.3-litre i-VTEC petrol unit producing 73 kW (100 PS) and 119 Nm of torque, 1.5-litre i-VTEC petrol unit developing 97 kW (132 PS) and 155 Nm of torque and the 1.5-litre i-DTEC diesel engine good for 100 PS and 200 Nm of torque.

As for the Indian market, the facelifted Honda Jazz could launch before the end of this year or in 2018. To give the WR-V time to establish itself in the market, Honda will likely not hurry the facelifted Jazz's launch in India.
