Cuba is currently flooded with pre-boycott 1950s-era cars that’ve been heavily modified to keep them running. But when it comes to public transportation, even more creativity was required; just look at some of the buses. Yes, that’s a tractor pulling human cargo. And yes, one bus was once a dump truck.
