This is at least what has been said two of the three suspects arrested Monday after a deflection of the IndianOil petrol station perpetrated Sunday Highlands, Phoenix. Lionel Barbeau, 21, and Ivance Lindor, 29, have admitted the day before yesterday and have participated in the holdup.

Betrayed by an injury

It is the sword injury who betrayed Berny Barbeau. The latter went to the Victoria Hospital, Candos for treatment. Moreover, elements of the  Scene of Crime Office  have collected traces of blood to the service station for analysis.

And within 24 hours, Monday around noon, the  Criminal  Investigation Division (CID) of Curepipe, led by the chief inspector Rajaram Krishnakumar had put the collar three suspects. A raid on their home city Malherbe, Curepipe, enabled officers to recover Rs 4,000, brand shoes and designer clothes.
