New Highway Between New France and Souillac
Developments will occur soon on the South. The Road Development Authority (RDA) has launched a study to see if we can construct a dual carriageway highway between New France and Souillac.

We must develop the roads around the country and it is this perspective that the feasibility study was initiated, said a senior officer of the RDA to the Le Matinal. At the moment we will only launch a tender to hire a consultant who will be tasked to conduct the feasibility study and see if we can build this new highway, said the senior officer.

"The purpose is to allow drivers to save time and reduce the volume of traffic on the existing road network. If the RDA decides to go ahead with the project, the selected firm should itself propose design and oversee the work but must be built highway avoids the neighbouring villages to save the time of motorists. The highway between New France and Souillac must also be connected to the main roads in the South. "It is also possible that the RDA does not go ahead with the project if the feasibility study does not convince the organization, said our interlocutor.
