Police Investigation: Four Arrested for Motorcycle Theft
During an operation mounted Friday on the basis of reliable information, the Criminal Investigation Division of Port Louis North and Field Intelligence Officers intercept a motorcycle were registered 700 L at Cocoterie Street , St. Croix.

The two individuals on board the suspect motorcycle - Mohamad Houzaifa Jummun, 19 years old, living Holy Cross Mohes Azim, 21 years old, living Straws - were arrested for failing to provide a satisfactory explanation as to the origin of spare parts of motorcycle in their possession.

During interrogation, the two suspects have confessed to stealing the parts and have implicated two vendors capita Camp Chapelon for their participation in the event of theft. These two accomplices Muhammad Ibne Bilall Jowaheer, 32, and Mohammad Arshad Khan, 23, were arrested later. Searches of their homes led to the seizure of a motorcycle registered mark World 154 S and two bags of spare parts which are suspected to originate from theft. The suspects were taken into police custody on the night of Friday to Saturday before appearing in court yesterday morning. The investigation continues.
