After a spike in prices in April, the downward trend that began in May was confirmed in June, good news for the Region Meeting which saw its fuel bill down.
After calculating the first fifteen trading days in Singapore, the difference between pump prices and the actual price was reduced from 8 cents for unleaded and 7 cents for diesel. Normally the motorist Reunion should have a pay at the pump unleaded at 1.66 euro and 1.28 euro for a diesel. On the gas cylinder, currently sold at 15 euros, it would have cost 22 euros for the month of June.
The price freeze must stop at the end of next month, the Region has committed itself only to that period. Is she going to continue the freeze on fuel prices any longer? Motorists Reunion will they pay their full fuel more expensive from the month of July? Or is it that the promise of the president, Francois Hollande, to freeze fuel prices will be in place by then, including at the meeting? Many questions remain unanswered for now.
