The maintenance of the bus of National Transport Corporation (NTC) is again questioned.
A Blueline bus NTC registered 1366 MR 06, heading towards the capital on Friday afternoon, would have had a "mechanical problem" up to Bagatelle. Fortunately, the driver was able to stop the vehicle near Colville Deverell Bridge.
Thirty passengers were on board the bus. One of them, Ashwin Bucktowar, testified on Radio Plus: " J’ai pris le bus à Bonne-Terre aux alentours 13 h 45.
