Survivor in accident at St Julien d'Hotman slowly getting better
Sumon Miah Kuddus, 21, one of two survivors of the horrible accident at St Julien d'Hotman on Jan. 12 is slowly getting better in the hospital in the North. Despite his injuries, he can barely talk. As visit on Monday afternoon, he strongly examines coming people hoping to see a familiar face. “I do not understand why my friends did not even visit me," asked he journalist of Le Matinal.

However the young man does not know that his wish will not be realized because twelve of his friends died in this tragedy, while his last companion in life is still in the intensive care unit.

The medical department has hid from Sumon the truth to avoid frustrating his illness - he suffers from amnesia as a result of his injuries. But thankfully to the care of the doctors he is recovering gradually.

On entering the room of the hospital, the young man seems very happy to finally speak with someone in spite of the pain and bandages around his arm. "All I did was sleeping all day," he said. It would, however, assure on his condition before indicating that he has trouble remembering what happened during this dramatic 12 January. Only a few snippets of its images come to mind. "Even the faces of my parents, I cannot remember them."

He said that he does not know very well the driver Allykhan Jahangeer and day of the accident, he arrived early in the morning to Quartermaster Military to take them to the factory Prada St-Julien.

All took place at the back of the car on the two outboard seats, and they stored their belongings and their meal in the middle of the van. A few minutes later by negotiating a bend on the road to St. Julien, the van was unable to avoid a truck.

About the circumstances of the accident Sumon has no idea. "Everything went quickly and I saw my friends turn upside down, crashing against each other in a deafening noise, with slippers and cellular flew." Then - the black hole. 

Pausing, Sumon no longer able to continue his story. Probably won by emotion, he burst into tears. Thankfully, people visiting their relatives come towards him to cheer him up, despite the language barrier.

Summon quickly found a smile and show his thanks, he shakes hands with visitors before placing his own near his heart.
