The official death toll from violent bus accident height Sorèze reported ten people, including the driver, and 45 wounded. The receiver told the passengers on the bus of the National Transmission Corporation (NTC) that brakes failed.

The accident happened around 9:25 this Friday morning on May 3 The bus of the CNT, a Blue-Line from 2007, lost its brakes while negotiating the bend in full descent of Montebello. The crowded than sixty passengers traveling with some standing vehicle, then tried to take the road to the interchange of the Ring Road, Sorèze.

The wounded have been taken to several hospitals, including Victoria Hospital in Candos and Jeetoo Hospital and Apollo Bramwell Hospital. Police said all the victims have been evacuated. Before the arrival of rescue volunteers have worked to identify and evacuate the wounded.

This is a real horror scene which was offered to the first volunteers arrived on the scene. Several corpses littered the side of the highway. Other people were still trapped under the bus, some still alive.

At some point, the police have even noticed that people lying among the corpses piled up in a police truck was still moving. The latter was quickly evacuated to the hospital.
