Accident in New France - The bus driver returns to the scene of the drama
Investigators want to see a little clearer in the deaths happened in Montée Lapeyre, New France.

Thursday, van violently hit a bus. Three people, including Amben Chinapen, 29, driver of the van, and two passengers, Nathalia Lamy, 21, and Patrice Armance, 30, both of Mahebourg, perished in the accident. 

The bus driver, Sachin Ramessur, participated in a reconstruction of events, Sunday morning. He explained that he was traveling towards Curepipe, when the van coming toward New France left its way to finish the race against his bus. "When I saw the van coming straight at me, I quickly pulled on my left, and I applied the brakes as hard as I could, but the collision was inevitable ..." Sachin Ramessur appear before the court Mahebourg, on Monday. A preliminary charge of manslaughter will be lodged against him.   

Moreover, the wife of Amben Chinapen said furious that pictures circulating on the Facebook social network, showing the dead bodies of three victims of this terrible accident. It intends to prosecute the author of these photos and all who have put this picture on their 'facebook wall'.
