Accident in New France: The Driver was Under the Influence and Has Only a "Learner"

Dhiraj Taucoory had fled after the accident and he was arrested this Friday, May 11 at St. Peter by the sleuths of CID of New France. It was to be presented in court during the afternoon and will be charged with manslaughter.
