Jacques Désiré Azenor, 40, breathed his last on Wednesday. The forties, a resident of Residence Kennedy, Quatre-Bornes, was admitted to the hospital Candos since Saturday, September 24, after he has fallen from a truck garbage collection. He worked as a dustman. Ooze Muslim, a resident of circumstance, Saint-Pierre, was hit by a bus of a private company, Wednesday, Sept. 21, at the station of Saint-Pierre. Seriously wounded, he was taken urgently to the hospital in Moka, before being transferred to hospital Jeetoo. Friday, he succumbed to his injuries. The bus driver responds to a provisional charge of manslaughter. 

Lim Yoon, 47, breathed his last on Thursday night. The head of St. John Kennedy, Vacoas, was cycling when he was struck by a policeman on a motorbike, earlier in the week. The latter, aged 20, has joined the police force. It responds to a provisional charge of manslaughter. 

The guard succumbs to injuries 

A security guard was hit by a bus up to St. Peter, on September 21, around 14h. Seriously wounded, he was rushed to Victoria Hospital, Candos, where he was admitted. On Friday, the vigil, 55 years old and living in St. Peter, died of his injuries. The autopsy attributed his death to a fractured skull. The day of the accident, the driver, a resident of Camp Thorel, was taken to the police station for a breathalyzer, which was negative. He will appear before the court of Moka, Monday, under a provisional charge of manslaughter.
