Bel-Etang Accident: Driver of the Van Tested Positive for Alcohol
A serious accident involving a van and a car this Tuesday, June 11, 2013 in Bel-Etang, Flacq, four dead and five injured. According to police, the driver of the truck was tested positive for alcohol.
