Fatal Accident at Reduit: Breathalyzer Test Negative
The identity of the victim remained trapped under a pile of scrap in Reduit is known. It is Teeluck Madhoo Anand, 57, a resident of Quatre-Bornes.

Sunday evening, around 21:45, the vehicle in which he was found had all four wheels in the air on the highway, at the Pont Mattur, Reduced, towards Quatre-Bornes. A car from the Ford Mondeo, driven by a resident of Curepipe, hit the vehicle that carried the barrels.

He had to pay a deposit of Rs 10,000 and sign an acknowledgment of debt of Rs 100,000 before regaining freedom.

An autopsy performed by the medical examiner of the police attributed the death Madhoo Anand Teeluck multiple injuries.
