Hit By Van, He Succumbed to Injuries in 19 Days After
He was violently struck by a van while crossing the road to Barkly. Tandiven Chinamah, a resident of Eau-Coulée, was admitted to the intensive care unit of the hospital Jeetoo, where he spent 19 days. He died on Thursday, 30 January.
For more than two weeks, he struggled to survive. But Tandiven Chinamah, aged 40, did not survive his injuries. He died this Thursday, Jan. 30 after spending 19 days in the intensive care unit of the hospital Jeetoo. An autopsy will be performed today.
The fifties was crossing the road Barkly when was violently struck by a van. The accident occurred on January 11. The driver, a resident of Mont Roches, was tested for alcohol after the accident. It was negative.
