Road accident kills three during the weekend
The road has proven once more deadly this weekend, with three people, including two teens aged between 15 and 20 years.

Three dead is  the accidents record on Mauritius roads between Saturday 12 and Monday 14, February. The victims are two young men aged 15 and  20 years and a woman of 84 years. <br />

Hossenbaccus  Sally, 15, succumbed to his injuries in the wee hours of Monday, February 14,  four days after suffering a serious car accident, Rivière du Rempart. The  vehicle he was with his friend, another 15 year old driver and 19 years old,  was violently struck a tree. The  passenger in the ICU and the driver, meanwhile, heard the police station at  Rivière du Rempart.<br />

In  Port-Louis on Saturday, Tara Manick, 84, was mown down by a bus at the Gare du  Nord. The driver, aged 33 and  living in Creve Heart, was remanded in custody. <br />

Another death on the  road last Saturday was the death of John Lindley Rider, 20, resident of Baie-du-Cap. In the accident the victim was with two  other friends, aged 23 and 18. They were hit by a van, which rolled  along the main road of this southern coastal village. A bus driver, aged 30 and living in  Mahebourg, was driving the vehicle.<br />

The latter, after  hitting the three young men refused to stop and continued his route, but was  quickly picked up by police. Rushed  to the hospital Jawaharlall Nehru, Rose-Belle, John Lindley runner has passed  away, while the two friends are still hospitalized.
