The list of victims of road accidents continues to grow. Friday, March 22, a fifties and sixties were killed when a septuagenarian was admitted to intensive care.

Narainsamy Chinnun, 58 years old died at the hospital Jawaharall Nehru Rose-Belle. There was hospitalized since Sunday, March 17 after being hit by a van whose driver, a man aged 70, was drunk.

Around 19 h 00, Louis Marie Hervé, a motorcyclist of 60 years,, he lost control of his vehicle, which came to rest against a parapet, in Phoenix. His death was pronounced dead upon arrival at Victoria Hospital in Candos.

A mid-day Plaine Verte, Port Louisien 78 years was hit by a bus while he was on a motorcycle. He was admitted to the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) of a clinic in the capital.

We must add to this list another fatal accident earlier this week, which killed Mohammad Ismail Maiharaub, 23 years. His car crashed Monday afternoon against a parapet in Phoenix.

Three serious injuries are regrettable in accidents during the past week, including Camp de Masque, Port-Louis and Triolet. The three victims, two motorcyclists and pedestrians, aged 22, 31 and 46 years respectively, were admitted to intensive care in different hospitals.
